Mystery Clock

So, I recently went back to an old game which I hadn’t finished: Final Fantasy XII. I thought it was a great game, but for some reason, I just got stuck and never went back. Speaking to some friends about this, they also said the same thing… It seems that thoroughly enjoying the plot and battle system went hand in hand with getting up to a certain point and then giving up. Anyway, I plan on playing it through entirely this time (partially thanks to unemployment- there’s no way I could complete a game like this if I had been working).

Anyway, while I was walking through the Ozmone Plains, I ran into some serpents that I stole items from… They randomly carry the item “Alarm Clock,” which made me laugh. It’s understandable to rip beastlord hides or broken swords from your enemies’ dead carcasses, but to think they found an alarm clock hidden somewhere on a snake… it’s just quite an oddity.

I liked FF12 ^.^ It was super amounts of fun, and I liked what they chose to do with Cid. The battle system worked just fine for me – the targeting was extremely helpful. Good stuff – and now I want to play it again!

I know….item drops in Final Fantasy rarely make sense.
