I’m moving to a diff. part of Jersey City (better!). There are bars nearby and you don’t have to walk through a mall!!! It’s only 3 blocks from the station too! Will update you on a housewarming party

Your dorm room looks just like mine did. Yours probably has more girly bits in it, but you get the idea.
