You know those times when you suddenly and abruptly come to the realization that it all could end, just like that, for real? Looking into his eyes that night, that’s how I felt. We’ve always argued but not like this. Where will it take us I don’t know, but it sure feels weird going forward with the knowledge that all good things must end. All good things must end, right?

Gah. I was in tears making this page.

Hi, I am a recent fan of your comics! I actually just read all of them yesterday…O.o

ANYWHO…I have much praise I want to give for how much I love these comics but…I just need to…

*HUG* Sad times are not happy, I know the feelin’! :(

Thanks, I’m glad you’ve enjoyed it. And thanks for the kind words, I’m surprised at the amount of support I’ve gotten and I’m really glad to have a great group of readers.

No, good things don’t have to end. That’s a silly saying, if there ever was one.
Kendra and I have been together for 10 years, come this February. We’ve got a little dern on the way.
My parents will have been married 37 years come this year.
Saturday Night Live is still on the air.
You can still ride Space Mountain at either Disney World or Disneyland.
Roses will still bloom this spring.
Trust me, good things can stay forever.
It’s sad when a good thing does end. But don’t end a good thing just because you think it has to.

Thanks Darren, you’re always so knowledgeable.

I know, that quote is just one of those things you say when you’re depressed. It’s really the first time the end was brought into my mind seriously, although we’re not at that point yet just the sheer thought of an abrupt and sudden departure was sad and sort of bittersweet.

But we’re also mature (uhh… despite how we are most of the rest of the time) dudes so we’ll work it out. Or try anyway.

It’s true; good stuff doesn’t HAVE to end! Something’s bound to work out. (hugs)

Being able to go through a big fight and work it out is a good thing. Everything changes, but that isn’t the same as ending. =)

  8. Kiona

Good things only end for those who cannot see them. Everything will be ok. Hugs all around!

    Hooray!

    I hope you’re doing okay, Ami. I whole-heartedly agree with Kusandha’s comment!

Also, I miss you! If you need a drinking partner or just someone to let off steam with let me know. We can argue about USA vs. Europe or something.

If you can’t communicate, you can’t do anything. The important thing is not HOW you communicate, but THAT you communicate. I’m pulling for you.
