Just something I was thinking about on my walk home. “Pog” is actually a term some hedgehog owners use by the way, but it doesn’t relate to the 1990s phenomenon that was pogs. I myself had a tube of that stuff, but I’m pretty sure I wasn’t actually playing the “real” game. Ridiculous game. I don’t think this applies to most things (cartoons, movies, music, RADICAL fashion), but collectible games nowadays, like Bakugan, are way cooler than the 80s/90s equivalents. Oh but if I was a pog, I would definitely be an awesome holographic SLAMMER! Maybe with an eight ball on it, or even a skull!
