Dad would cover up the odometer speedometer with papers or other things when I was sitting in the passenger seat as a kid because I’d nag him so much. Now I almost feel like covering the speedometer when I drive from shame… almost.

Edit: Thanks to M. Kinyon of Denver, CO who pointed out that it’s the speedometer, not the odometer, that tells the speed. Silly me >< !!
